At HomeProjectHQ we take our contractor screening process seriously. We require all trade professionals to meet stringent qualifications about their company background, production quality and customer satisfaction. To register with HomeProjectHQ, all contractors must pass our prescreening, which is repeated on an annual basis.

Any consumer complaints will be addressed personally by our managenent team and may result in suspension from HomeprojectHQ. As always, we recommend strongly that you check out your home improvement contractor in detail before signing a contract.

Each HomeProjectHQ Trade Professional passes the following prescreening prior to registration:

Better Business Bureau ratings and comments
Department of Registration Search to verify current licensure
CO Courts.com Court Records
Colorado Bureau of Investigations Criminal Arrest Records for Colorado
El Paso County Court Records-Liens and Judgments
Federal Bankruptcy Search
Statewide Criminal Records
County Civil Lawsuit Search
